00Total Potter Nerd
Man this video takes me back. Our company picnic was the Saturday morning after the book released. Now we work at a pretty nerd heavy company so the picnic was close to 3,000 employee's strong with there families and at least one in every five adults had the Deathly Hallow's with them. Children were off playing in the parks or swimming in the lake while there parents were too busy reading Harry Potter to even get involved in the activities. During the epic tug of war we have every year one team was delayed because someone wondered off to read and forgot they had signed up to yank a rope which in compairison to Harry Potter isn't nearly as awesome. Some people had stayed up all night and actually finished reading the book by noon the next day which blows my mind, I'm a slow reader.
To tell you the truth my book is sitting on my shelf still unopened. I just had to get it the night it came out, but I haven't even cracked the cover yet. Why? I'm afraid to read what happens.
